With vast experience in both public and private-sector organizations, including executive positions as both Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), Michelle has led multiple transformation initiatives to help companies achieve sustained profitable growth and stability within the corporate environment.
Michelle’s knowledge is rooted in the areas of Human Capital Planning, Compensation Design, Process Improvement, Culture Transformation, Change Management, and Merger / Acquisitions. And she is adept at discovering new ways to integrate innovative programs with proven methods, which yields improved functionality in operational efficiency and overall productivity.
During her extensive time with CitiGroup, Michelle played a key role in reducing costs while concurrently driving productivity increases and streamlining overall business strategies. Since leaving CitiGroup she has held senior level roles with small and mid-cap companies in various states of transition and transformation.
In addition to these corporate positions, Michelle has served in numerous consultative capacities showcasing not only her leadership, but also her ability to create fresh, versatile and results-driven solutions to improve organizational design and workforce effectiveness.
